Munny Monday - The Kings of Autumn
Talk about an amazing custom! SneakSneak over at the Kidrobot Boards just posted up his first custom Munny. The detail on this simply amazes me. The way to colors blend together, the leaf details, everything! If you’ll notice he even did a Zipper Pull mini version too!
This guys got talent, he made this as a birthday gift for his girlfriend. Good going SneakSneak !
A Word From The Artist
I made them for my Girlfriend’s 18th birthday - she loves Munny, and especially the Zipperpulls. She also loves Autumn and Japanese art, so i did an 8″ + 3/4″ Munny combo of a Japanese Maple in the autumn. The Squirrel and Hedgehog on the back represent us.
Butterflies are just cool.
I love working with Silhouettes, nature, and a limited colour palette but this is the first time i’d tried something larger than 3 inches to paint on. It’s quite hard adding fine detail over such a large area… and people wonder why i’m in no rush to paint my Mega Munny.
