Nintendo Channel Is Up
Expect the blue light to start flashing anytime now, the Nintendo Channel has just appeared on the Wii Shop Channel. You can watch promotional videos, get information on titles, make recommendations on games you’ve played and use it as a DS download station.
Here’s a list of the currently available Nintendo DS game demos:
Brain Age 2 Demo
Flash Focus Demo
Crosswords DS-Crosswords Demo
Jam Sessions
Rayman Raving Rabbids
Cooking Mama 2: Dinner with Friends
Disney Friends
Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword
The channel itself takes 123 blocks of your precious Wii storage memory. As for the DS demos, it’s the same as downloading a demo from a station or another DS, you keep the demo until you turn off you DS, closing your DS into sleep mode does not delete the demo though.
Holy Crap that is Pimp, I was wondering why my Wii greeted me this morning with a Blue Hello. This is awesome!

This needed to be a launch feature, but now than never I suppose.
Also, I don’t leave WiiConnect24 on, a friend of mine had artifacts start happening on his Wii because of this.
